Our vacation apartment is designed in a modern and friendly way, it is situated in a quiet area for 3 adults or a family with one child. For an additional child a temporary bed can be made available. All the comforts of home are provided. The apartment has a separate entrance, has a size of 55m² and floor-heating in all of the rooms. All rooms have roller blinds. The amenities are as follows:

1. Bathroom with high standard equipment, walk-in-shower, WC/urinal, towel heater, 

    hairdryer, hand towels, shower towels, etc.

2. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave-oven, stove with ceran hob, elevated oven,

    refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, SAECO-automatic coffee dispenser,

    egg-cooker, toaster and the complete kitchen equipment such as glasses, dishes, cutlery,

    dishcloths, cleaning-agents, etc.

3. Living area with flatscreen HD-TV, telephone (calls within Germany are included in the daily

4. Bedroom for 2 Persons (bed linen incl.) with one additional flatscreen HD-TV

5. Children`s room (bed linen incl.) with one bed. A second temporary children`s bed

    can be pulled out there

8. Floor heating and additional radiators in all rooms. Uniform high quality

    wood-effect tiles in the entrance-, bath- and kitchen area and uniform wood-effect

    laminate floor in the living and sleeping area contribute to the unique atmosphere of the

    apartment.

An outdoor seating area invites you to wrap up your day with a glass of wine or with a game of cards. For children there is plenty of space for playing and romping. Existing games and toys can be used such as a goal-wall, Boggia, giant pick-a-stick, badminton etc.
